The paper, written by Dr. David Kratochvil, Michael Bratty, David Sanguinetti, Songlin Ye, and Teryl Murray, profiles three case studies that apply BioteQ’s Sulf-IX™ technology to power plant cooling water, make-up water, and ash pond water, demonstrating significant cost savings for treatment of water in power plant operations. The paper was presented by Michael Bratty, BioteQ’s Manager of Development Engineering.
The International Water Conference is an annual event organized by the Engineers’ Society of Western Pennsylvania. This year, the conference includes more than 80 technical papers and reports, profiling leading technologies and practices in the treatment and management of industrial wastewater. The event is attended by water treatment professionals from around the world.
